Donkey Milk Biscuits

The milk used to make our biscuits is produced in the natural rearing of open free-range donkeys in the Appennines, in total respect for the animals’ welfare.
To make our biscuits, we use very few ingredients so as not to alter the specific properties of the donkey milk.

Ingredients:

• type “0” flour
• donkey milk
• sugar
• butter
• eggs
• leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch)
